The legal work is done by phone, email and post, so you do not need to be in the area to sign. Use our partner solicitor and we pay their fees, or use your own.

Completion on the day you chose
The money goes to your solicitor, your mortgage is repaid and the balance is sent to you, wherever you are. Leave anything you do not want and we clear it.
