The comparison table and the figures on this site
The comparison table and the worked examples on this site apply typical, stated assumptions to a figure you enter, and show a typical offer for a home of that value. They are illustrations, not offers. Our offers are below open market value, typically 76% to 84%, and where a particular offer sits depends on the property. An offer exists only when we send you a written offer letter for a specific property, and the figure in that letter is the one that counts.
Nothing here is advice
Information on this site is general. It is not legal, tax, financial or debt advice, and you should take independent advice before selling a property. When you accept an offer, our partner solicitor acts for you and we pay their fees.
